PokerBROS, RGS Union Review 2022

On this page, we’re going to take a look at the well-known RGS United Union found on the PokerBROS network. We’ll discuss the various games on offer, assess the volume of traffic and reveal exactly how you can get involved too.

So without further ado, let’s crack on with our RGS United Union review.

What is the RGS United Union?

Since the foundation of the PokerBROS platform in 2018, there are already more than a dozen different unions in existence. PokerBros is an online social gaming platform and does not provide any real money service.

The popular mobile app has grown enormously quickly. One of the main reasons behind its explosive development is the ability to form local clubs and combine their strengths in a union.

RuN Good StreeTs United, or RGS for short, is one of the more successful unions on the PokerBROS network. There are many reasons for this, which you’ll learn as we progress through this review. But perhaps most notably, RGS is known for the number of games on offer, as well as how soft they are.

RGS Union Traffic

Regarding size, RGS United is the second biggest union of the PokerBROS platform as of June 2022. Until fairly recently, RGS was smaller than the Panamericana and Paradise unions. But it has grown rapidly to overtake its predecessor thanks to the excellent work of the management team in creating a fun and sustainable ecosystem.

Strength of Players

Although it may be one of the bigger unions, RGS United certainly isn’t one of the most competitive. In fact, the opposite is true.

Of course, most players who join clubs on the PokerBROS network are nowhere near as skilled as real money players. But even taking that into account, the games found within the RGS United union consistently rank among the softest of all. Diamond Union and Ireland Union are also pretty weak; dare I say it, RGS is perhaps the softest of them all.

Online Poker Games at RGS United

One of the key reasons behind the popularity of the PokerBROS mobile poker platform is the volume of games. There’s plenty of action to be found regardless of your preferred stakes. Let’s take a closer look.

Texas Hold’em

You can enjoy both fixed limit and big bet forms of Texas Hold’em, including a variety of stakes up to 10/20. Tables are available in four different sizes: 6-max, 7-max, 8-max and full ring games. The one slight negative is the lack of heads up options.

Like many games on the PokerBROS network, the Hold’em tables are extremely soft at RGS Union. You’ll find plenty of re-raising and overcalling, as most of your rivals will play a crazily LAG style.

Omaha

While Pot Limit Omaha is by far the most popular form of the game, you will also find some fixed limit tables. There are even some variations of classic Omaha. PLO-5, PLO-6 and PLO-8 are exactly what they sound like: regular PLO games, only with additional hole cards.

If the Hold’em games are loose, the Omaha tables are something else. They’re packed full of Omaha beginners who don’t truly understand the strength of their hands.

Other Games

Away from the two most popular poker games, there are a few others to help keep things fresh. Why not try hitting the Open Face Chinese tables, for instance? There are mixed tables available too, with combinations of other games played alternately.

All ring games at RGS are exclusive to this union, with no outsiders allowed.

Spin and Gos

The Spin and Go is an increasingly popular poker format and so naturally, RGS offers plenty of variations. However, the games are known here as “Spin-It”, so keep your eyes peeled for those.

You’ll find plenty of them, as they represent one of the busiest areas of the union. And happily, they’re incredibly soft.

MTTs

There is a huge selection of Multi Table Tournaments to enjoy at RGS United, with events running all day, every day of the week. Some of the prize pools are massive, because not all of the MTTs are exclusive to RGS United players. Often, other unions team up to create enormous tournaments.

You can take part in Hold’em Omaha and Omaha-5 tournaments at RGS United. In terms of numbers, few unions offer more tournaments. Only Diamond Union and Panamericana can match it.

How to Join the RGS Union

If our RGS Union review has left you wanting to join, here’s a quick walkthrough to help you get started.

  1. Download PokerBROS. You’ll need a mobile or tablet device powered by Android or iOS in order to acquire the app. Find it in the App Store or on Google Play.

  2. Create an account. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to register a new account. Hit the button marked “Register” in the bottom-left of the screen, fill in your details and read the terms and conditions.

  3. Join a club. Hit the magnifying glass symbol in the top-left corner to join a club affiliated with RGS United. Type in the club ID as well as the referral ID, if you have one, then hit “Next”. Contact us to join a club in RGS.

  4. Confirm the details. You’ll now see the club’s name and information. Hit “Decline” if the details are wrong, or “Join” if you wish to continue.

  5. Await acceptance. Your application will not automatically be accepted, so be patient!

  6. Enjoy the RGS union. Once you have been approved by the club’s admins, that’s the whole process complete. You’re now free to enjoy the wide range of games found at RGS United.

PokerBros is not a sponsor of or in any way involved with this promotional activity, nor does PokerBros endorse it.

Conclusion

RuN Good StreeTs United, more commonly known as RGS United, is the second biggest PokerBROS union.

Members have access to a huge number of poker games of all types, with few other unions able to match their selection of MTTs. But you’ll also find ring games across a range of stakes, with a variety of table sizes.

More importantly, it is the softest playing field across all unions and one we at World Poker Clubs strongly recommend and endorse!
